The enterprise focuses on the production of high alloy metal mold steel, powder high-speed steel, and high-end mold templates, with strong capabilities, and has established a "provincial technology center" dedicated to building a diversified high-end mold steel industry base.
We have multiple advanced production lines including a 3000T precision forging machine, a 950 rolling mill production line, a 750 continuous rolling mill production line, a 650 rolling mill production line, as well as a 100M nitrogen protected continuous annealing furnace and shot blasting (sandblasting) machine. We have also successfully increased the annual production capacity of our two core products, mold steel plates and round bars, to 100000 tons and 50000 tons, respectively. In order to further enhance the market competitiveness and quality level of our products, and expand overseas markets, the company has also introduced the internationally leading SXL-40 mechanical radial forging machine production line and the Intertek electric slag remelting furnace, injecting strong impetus into the research and development of new products such as high alloy steel, high-end tool steel, aluminum alloy die-casting molds, and high-end stamping molds for automotive parts, contributing to the development of the entire industry.
