In order to thoroughly implement the safety awareness of employees, strengthen safety production responsibilities, and further enhance the safety production management level of Hubei Nantian Mold Technology Co., Ltd., according to the company's 2025 safety education and training plan, from February 28 to March 1, Nantian Technology organized a three-day, four session training session on "four no harm" safety production accident cases. A total of 233 production management personnel and workshop employees from the company participated in the training.
This training is led by Pan Wensheng from the Environmental Protection Department of Hubei Nantian Mold Technology Co., Ltd. Firstly, the overall situation of safety accidents in the company in 2024 was reviewed. Then, focusing on the theme of "four no injuries" and combining with the actual production of steel, the connotation and importance of "four no injuries" were elaborated in various forms such as real case analysis, simulated scenario exercises, and in-depth expert explanations, targeting operation scenarios such as steel rolling, finishing, and suction lifting of plates. During the training, employees not only learned how to identify potential hazards in complex production environments, but also mastered how to maintain safety awareness in high-intensity work and specific methods for mutual protection in team collaboration. Pan Wensheng emphasized that all employees should deeply learn from the lessons of accidents, constantly tighten the safety string, and internalize safety protection awareness in their hearts and externalize it in their actions.
The "four no harms" refer to not harming oneself, not harming others, not being harmed by others, and protecting others from harm.
